Is this a turbo timer?  because this was in the pictures of the car on the dealer site but is not currently in the car.  Maybe when they switched the turbo they removed it?

If someone could give me an answer to the value of the car as it sits and when everything is either verified OK or the motor is replaced? This would be much appreciated. 

I will let everyone know how the car fairs per the tests.  Shop will have it in on next thursday.  I might get going now on the oil sample.
